Medical Fitness is for anyone looking to improve their health, but specifically for anyone who has medical considerations of any kind.

Often there is a huge gap in the medical system when it comes to exercise prescriptions for medical concerns, injuries & disease management.

We are here to bridge the gap between the doctors office or physiotherapist,  and your average fitness class, which may not be suitable for everyone.

Medical Fitness is usually one-on-one fitness therapy that can help to improve overall health in patients that have medical concerns, which can aide in management and improvement of some diseases such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, stroke recovery, osteoporosis, arthritis and even some cancers.

We will work with your medical team to design an appropriate exercise prescription for your individual needs.

We also offer small  group fitness for specific populations with medical concerns such as "Building Bones" for Osteoporosis, and Partners 4 Parkinson's.

Medical Fitness is Preventative Medicine for Quality of Life.
