DROP IN/ CLASS PASS CANCELLATION POLICY

4 hour cancellation window- cancellation during this time will result in:

Class Pass Holder/Unlimited Pass- 1 session will be docked from your pass plus an additional $10 fee charged for Unlimited

NO SHOW will result in 1 Session docked from pass plus an additional $20 fee charged for both class pass holder & unlimited.

PRE-REGISTRATION SERIES CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your pre-registration for the series up to 72 hours before the start date of the series to obtain a credit for future use that will expire 6 months from cancellation date. No Refunds.  **A $25.00 admin fee will be deducted from your credit for your cancellation.

Missed classes during the series will not be refunded or credited. Each client will be allowed to make up ONE missed class if necessary as long as it is arranged in the same "session period" of the program missed. 

Make up classes will not be extended into another series.

 

MEDICAL FITNESS/ PERSONAL TRAINING/ LIFE COACHING CANCELLATION POLICY

24 hour cancellation window- Appointments cancelled within the 24 hour window will result in full payment for the scheduled session. Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of the trainer for emergencies only. 

A $25 Admin fee will be charged for rescheduling cancelled appointments within the 24 hour window.

Rescheduling with more than 24 hours notice will not result in a fee.
