DROP IN/ CLASS PASS CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not have a cancellation window. Small businesses can not operate on cancellations. Once you are booked into a drop in class or registered program- There are no refunds or credit for cancellation or missed classes.

Please book your class if you know you can attend and are committed to attending.

Cancellations will be charged in full.

NO SHOW will result in Full payment for the missed class plus an additional $20 fee charged for both class pass holder & unlimited.

PRE-REGISTRATION SERIES CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your pre-registration for the series up to 72 hours before the start date of the series to obtain a credit for future use that will expire 6 months from cancellation date. No Refunds.  **A $25.00 admin fee will be deducted from your credit for your cancellation.

Missed classes during the series will not be refunded or credited.

MEDICAL FITNESS/ PERSONAL TRAINING/ LIFE COACHING CANCELLATION POLICY

48 hour cancellation window- Appointments cancelled within the 48 hour window will result in full payment for the scheduled session. Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of the trainer for emergencies only. 

A $25 Admin fee will be charged for rescheduling cancelled appointments within the 48 hour window.

Rescheduling with more than 48 hours notice will not result in a fee.
