Private one-on-one training or small group training is a personal relationship with your coach to build a program that will best suit your needs for accomplishing your health, fitness and wellness goals.
Your professional trainer will design a program for you or your group that will meet the needs of the client(s) and adjust the program when necessary as the client adapts to the demands of the program.
Private training can include physical fitness training or nutritional/weight loss coaching or a combo of both.
Private sessions are booked with the trainer based on availability and paid for in advance to secure time slots in trainers schedule. Cancellations by client with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. Cancellations with 24 hours notice may be rescheduled at trainers discretion.
