Want to participate in different classes each week?
Here's what you need to know....
*Drop in spots are only available in classes that are not fully registered with full session clients, or if a registered client will be absent from their scheduled class.
*Drop ins are not permitted in the progressive strength building programs like MUSCLE PLUS, MELT or PUMP.
*Class Pass of 10 classes is available for purchase but is considered "drop in" when it comes to availability in programs.
*To drop in to a class you are interested in, please text Meg at 705 455 7270 well in advance of the start of class to check availability in that class. If there is space, you would be able to join us for the drop in rate. (please check with Meg for price)
*Classes acceptable for drop in clients; FIT4 / STEP / ZUMBA / POUND / LAF / BOX BOOTCAMP / YOGA STRETCH / BEGINNER FIT / MOMMY FIT / JACT
TRAMPOLINE / SATURDAY CLASSES / OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP
*Saturday Classes are offered as a drop in class each week- you must sign up before friday each week (classes may change weekly depending on what clients would like)
Minimum numbers are required for saturday classes to run.
