Here's what you need to know....
*Drop in spots are only available in classes that are not fully registered with full session clients, or if a registered client will be absent from their scheduled class.
*Drop ins are not permitted in the progressive strength building programs like MUSCLE PLUS, MELT or PUMP.
*Class Pass of 10 classes is available for purchase but is considered "drop in" when it comes to availability in programs.
*To drop in to a class you are interested in, please text Meg at 705 455 7270 well in advance of the start of class to check availability in that class. If there is space, you would be able to join us for the drop in rate. (please check with Meg for price)

*Saturday Classes are offered as a drop in class each week- you must sign up before friday each week (classes may change weekly depending on what clients would like)

FIT MIX- Moderate Intensity cardio class. Changes weekly with a different focus each week. Includes step, zumba, pound, circuit etc.
#EXPRESSFIT35- JMFs signature express workout with intervals of cardio, strength and abdominal training for and efficient and effective full body workout.
MUSCLE PLUS- Progressive strength building program for functional fitness. Foundational strength using body weight, free weights and other equipment to challenge your body as you adapt to the program.
LAF MOVE- Light Active Fitness cardio program for older adults. Easy to follow, lower intensity, geared towards 50+, different focus each week and tons of fun.
LAF STRONG- Progressive strength building program for functional fitness designed for the older adult 50+.
POUND Rockout- First ever cardio jam session using "ripstix" (fitness drumstick), strength moves, yoga postures, pilates movements and really fun music to create a workout experience like no other fitness class out there. Unleash your inner rockstar.
ZUMBA- Cardio fitness dance party! Party yourself into shape with many different rhythms from latin to hip hop, reggaeton to salsa. Feels like a party more than a workout... but you will leave feeling energized, invigorated and happy.
RECHARGE STRETCH & ROLL- Calming stretch class will compliment any workout regime. Rehydrate connective tissue, lengthen the muscles, quiet the mind and re-energize the spirit with this work-in program. Balance the body systems helping to recharge and restore optimal health. ROCK ROLL & RELEASE- Restorative recovery program using the foam roller, massage balls and therapy balls to stimulate and rehydrate the connective tissue system, release myofascial stuck stress and lengthen muscle tissue to heal the body and release pain, increase flexibility and improve mobility.
CORE-4- Core Conditioning fused with Upper and Lower Body Toning exercises for a full body, core focused workout for strong core, lean legs and toned upper body.
ATH-ELITE- HIIT class, High Intensity Cardio, Sport Specific drills, Plyometrics, Boxing and more. Full body, lung pumping, muscle challenging workout.
BOOTY BLAST- Strength and toning workout with lower body focus. Tone and shape legs, butt, arms, shoulders and core. Fast paced strength for cardio effect without the jumping
